Consistency is a basic requirement for a child’s happy and smooth development. To this end, we strive for the better benefit of the child’s progress and advancement through communication. At Minds of Smiles, we are preparing many open days as part of our responsibility to educate parents about child development. We also provide them with many training opportunities to raise awareness on a variety of topics such as conservation and wellbeing. Here are some things you can do to help your child learn :

Nutrition is a very important area of children’s health and well-being. For this reason, we work with a professional company to prepare the menus we design with love and enthusiasm, as well as a high level of hygiene and safety.
Extracurricular Activities:
The various daily activities that take place throughout the day inspire us to learn about some of the interests and hobbies of children. That’s why we expand their learning opportunities by providing professionals to improve their athletic and artistic skills.

Hello everyone! My name is Léa, I am the founder of Miles of smiles Nursery and kindergarten, I have a double master of sciences in international business from Kedge Business School in Bordeaux, France, as well as a diploma in Early Childhood Management (CACHE level 5) from the Hi fliers Institute in Dubai. As a mother of 3 children, I have always been passionate about Montessori education. When my first son was born, I opened my first Montessori nursery.
Five years of experience in the management of nurseries has allowed me to acquire different working methods that reflect a keen sense of how to empower our facilities to meet the needs of children and parents.
Miles of Smiles reflect our passion for teaching and our international experience while combining between the UK curriculum and the European method of Montessori!

Hello everyone, I am Paul Vandendaele, the co-founder and co-owner of Miles Of Smiles nursery and kindergarten.
I hold a Master of Sciences in Purchasing & Innovation Management from Kedge Business School in Bordeaux, France, as well as a Bachelor in International Business Operations & Management from the University of Irvine in California.
After many years of expertise in financial sector in Switzerland, Geneva. I decided to recruit this experience and explore the several opportunities United Arab Emirates may have through searching for new premises, conducting the design and architectural work of settings, selecting ressources and materials to show the best practices our practitioners do in the setting.

Hello I’m Farah, head of operation and education at Miles of Smiles nursery & kindergarten.
With a Masters Degree in Education from University of Derby, UK, Diplomas and Certification in leadership and Tranings from Cache and Pearson BTech, UK besides a numerous continuous professional development courses about all aspects of child development and a bachelor in Nutrition and Dietitian, I am happy to share my knowledge and experience with you as a Head of Education in Miles of Smiles Early Childhood Centre. I have more than one 17 years experience in giving educational advices for practitioner and parents in various early learning centers in Dubai to meet the different needs of children from
Academic and developmental process.
Established an approach the combine between a variety of curriculums to deliver best practice and high quality standards to empower children and enhance their milestones thus raising resilient children. Coordinated numerous professional trainings for practitioners and parents to assure that plans are followed and targets are met. Assessed some setting to meet the local and international standards for safety and well-being of children. All of this experience combined with experience and knowledge and the team members should leave rest assured that Miles of Smiles if the place where your children will learn, develop and build up skills from all different areas of development.

Hello everyone, my name is Hiba Sayegh and I am the director of Miles of Smiles Nursery and Kindergarten, Dubai.
My educational journey in Preschool and Primary Education as well as my 13 years of experience working in different schools and nurseries, allowed me to widen my knowledge and expand my expertise in Nursery and school related matters. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Preschool and Primary Education, a Cache Level 5 diploma in Leadership for health and social care and children’s and young people’s services as well as a Diploma in Educational testing competence. I am dedicated and passionate person, motivated to work around children as well as to guide and lead a team of teachers and staff members to deliver the best practice possible. I am teacher by nature, and that reflects in my leading style where I care to expand the knowledge and experience of my team equally to mine.
I am committed to offering a high quality of childcare and education and I am proud to say that Miles of Smiles Nursery and Kindergarten will be home to a variety of activities and learning opportunities tailored to support all children, embrace their uniqueness and promote their development and autonomy.I will always be available to accommodate your requests, listen to your concerns and together ensure the best future to all our children.
